We were commissioned to undertake the transformation of an outdated 1960s house into a modern haven. Our approach began with a discreet single-storey rear extension, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor living spaces for a harmonious connection with nature. A modest two-storey side extension, complete with a functional garage addition, was carefully crafted to enhance both utility and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, a loft conversion was undertaken to provide the owners with enhanced living areas, all achieved through prudent design choices aimed at optimizing space and budget.
