The original structure, a victim of haphazard extensions, stood in the way of its own potential. We embarked on a mission to breathe new life into this dwelling without expanding its footprint.

By orchestrating a meticulous reorganization, we curated a seamless blend of old and new, allowing the structure to rediscover its identity. The darkness that once plagued the interiors gave way to an abundance of light as we reimagined the roof, strategically relocating the pitched sections to optimize glazing on the facade. This design choice was not just about aesthetics; it was a deliberate effort to capture and frame the breathtaking views that the property had long ignored.
